Our consortium is advancing a diversified pipeline of upcoming projects across Jamaica and The Bahamas. Each development combines carefully underwritten financials with lender-grade governance, while responding to local demand for secure, amenity-rich living and high-quality resort residences. Below is an overview of the key projects currently in preparation.

The Meadows of Torado Heights – Blue Hole, St. James Parish, Jamaica

The Meadows of Torado Heights is a large, master-planned gated community a few minutes from Montego Bay and Sangster International Airport, in the Blue Hole area of St. James Parish. Phase I is conceived as a village-scale neighborhood with over 500 two-bedroom detached homes, 90 apartments, 25 commercial lots and a school site, with additional phases planned over time. The plan deliberately keeps a high share of open space and parks, blending residential streets with everyday services such as a community hall, mini-market, café/restaurant and children’s play areas.

The infrastructure backbone is designed to institutional standards: a new access road tying the site into the regional network, a complete internal road grid, site-wide MEP, centralized sewage treatment, water storage and lot-formation earthworks are all included in the core budget. Bahamas New Hope – The Island Club at Joe’s Cay, Abaco, The Bahamas

Bahamas New Hope, structured as The Island Club at Joe’s Cay, is a low-density private-island development in White Sound, Elbow Cay (Abaco, The Bahamas). On a ~5-acre fee-simple island with hotel-commercial zoning and approvals already in place, the approved concept contemplates ten waterfront villas plus a clubhouse and shared amenities, a small boat harbour, utility dock and an engineered recreational beach. The project is eligible under the Bahamas Hotels Encouragement Act (HEA), which supports the long-term hospitality and resort-residential strategy.

Access is via Marsh Harbour International Airport (scheduled and private aviation) followed by a short boat transfer to Joe’s Cay, placing the project within an established luxury and yachting corridor around Hope Town and the Abacos. The commercial focus is on high-affluence buyers—especially repeat visitors, private aviation users and yacht owners—who value privacy, direct water access and full-service operations. With its very limited key count, Bahamas New Hope is designed as an exclusive, lifestyle-driven asset with strong potential for premium nightly rates and long stays.

Gargano Mews Condos – Columbus Cove, Jamaica

Gargano Mews Condos is a beachfront, 11-storey residential tower in Columbus Cove, offering 30 ocean-view condominiums with direct elevator access. The building pairs large floor plans (around 2,465 sq ft per unit) with a compact, resort-grade amenity program: a rooftop infinity pool, gym, BBQ terrace, and at beach level a gazebo, gardens and pool area. All residences are designed to maximize sea views, natural light and cross-ventilation, while materials and systems are specified for a coastal environment.

The project targets buy-to-let investors and international second-home buyers seeking premium beachfront product with professional operations. A presale-led strategy, escrowed collections and milestone-based drawdowns sit at the heart of the financing plan, under a focused construction schedule of roughly three years. For end buyers and lenders, Gargano Mews combines true beachfront exposure, scarcity of comparable product and disciplined governance in a single vertical asset.

Las Olas Luxury Condos – Jamaica

Las Olas Luxury Condos is a resort-style, mid-rise condominium community in Jamaica organized around a landscaped water courtyard. The residential mix totals 68 condominiums: lofts, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom units, plus a limited number of penthouses, all with generous interior areas and extensive balconies. At ground level, the project incorporates covered parking, a main lobby and business center, squash courts and other support areas, while the podium and courtyard level host pool decks, sun terraces and landscaped lounges.

Architecturally, Las Olas emphasizes panoramic views into the courtyard and the surrounding landscape, with continuous balcony “ribbons” and abundant glazing to reinforce the resort character. The commercial positioning is oriented toward investors and second-home owners who want flexible rental potential and full amenities without the scale of a very large resort. A four-phase execution plan (from permitting to commissioning) is structured to deliver within approximately 36 months, with pre-sales, escrowed proceeds and bank-standard controls embedded in the financing structure.

Ebony Court Apartments – St. Mary, Jamaica

Ebony Court Apartments is a boutique, low-rise courtyard development in St. Mary, conceived as a small, highly manageable community. A single building of two stories plus a penthouse level delivers 24 condominiums: ground-floor units with private back gardens, second-floor homes and two penthouse residences. All units are organized around landscaped common areas and a central pool, giving the project a quiet, residential feel while still offering a full amenity core.

The building delivers 54 homes—48 expansive ocean-front apartments and 6 grand penthouses—aligned along the shoreline to maximize views and privacy. An extensive amenity spine runs parallel to the sea, organized around multiple pools and landscaped decks.
